  The coffee always give me a stomach ache and the bacon is blanf and paper-thin. The cream cheese used to be good but somewhere along the line they must have switched brands and it's this weird tangy gross stuff. Also, they keep telling me hazelnut has been discontinued but then they have it 2 weeks later. They run out then lie. I'm done with the place.

  I never write reviews, but this is the third time I've been through here in two weeks and I've received the worst customer service I've ever had, anywhere, from John. I have no idea how he's kept his job for more than two weeks. Not only has he gotten our order wrong all 3 times, but he spoke to his coworkers almost as rudely as he spoke to me. I work retail - if I acted like this I'd be fired on the spot. Good day, sir.

  I fought my way through the flys to get to the counter. Several staff there but took a little time to get served even though I was first in line. No napkins available. The only place to get them was at the pick up spot. Had to wait an extra 5 plus minutes for them to be refilled. Very untidy. Only a few people there and most tables sat dirty and covered in people's wrappers and cups and like a stated, many workers there. I cleared one and moved some chairs so I could sit for a few. I mentioned my disappointment in the cleanliness and poor service to a person that appeared in charge but my words fell on deaf ears. Not even a response from this person.
